Medicare Wellness Exam
Have you scheduled your free annual wellness visit? This visit has no had co-pay or deductibles. Annual Wellness Exam is a yearly appointment with your care provider to update your health records.
Who is Eligible?
All Medicare Part B members who have not had AWV or “Welcome to Medicare” visit
in the past 12 months.
